What I build, and what done looks like.
Eight lines of work. Each one says what you get, what is not included, how long it takes and what it costs. Instant offers can be bought today; everything else starts with a 20-minute call and a written proposal within 48 hours.
01 / ai agents and automation
One agent, one job, the right tools, a gate where actions matter.
An agent is a program that reads, decides and acts on your systems within limits you set. I build single-purpose agents that do one job reliably, with retrieval over your documents, guardrails, and an approval gate wherever an action has consequences. Automation sprints chain several of them with shared error handling.
you get
- A single-purpose agent with up to three tool integrations
- Retrieval over your documents with permissions-aware access and guardrails
- An eval set with a pass/fail report, deployed to your cloud
- 30-day support; you own code, prompts, evals and data
not included
- Training or fine-tuning a model
- Unlimited integrations (add-on $1,200 each)
- Ongoing operations (see AI Ops)
- duration
- 1 week · sprint 2 weeks
- price
- $2,500
- sprint
- from $4,000
# evals/report.txt (excerpt) suite: invoice-triage v3 cases: 42 pass: 41 fail: 1 threshold: >= 95% PASS failed: case 17 "missing PO number" -> escalated to human (expected) cost/run: $0.19 p95 latency: 2.4 s
02 / copilots and rag pilots
A private assistant that answers from your data and shows its sources.
Retrieval-augmented generation done properly: your documents and systems, your permissions, an assistant that cites what it used and says when it does not know. Run as a pilot with real users and a go/no-go memo at the end.
you get
- Permissions-aware retrieval over your documents and systems
- An eval suite with a pass/fail report and hallucination checks
- A 25–50 user pilot with adoption metrics and a go/no-go memo
not included
- Company-wide rollout (that is the AIOS Foundation)
- Writing or cleaning the source documents
- Licences for a chat platform you choose
- duration
- 3–4 weeks
- price
- from $12,000
- typical
- 12,000–25,000
03 / aios, an ai operating layer
One governed place where models, data, tools and workflows meet.
The layer between your people, your systems and the models: which model runs, who may ask it what, which tools it may touch, who approves an action, and what is logged. The Blueprint designs it in two weeks; the Foundation puts the first workflows live on it. How AIOS works, with a demo →
you get
- Blueprint on the six-component model with a build-vs-buy decision and cost model
- Foundation: first three to five workflows live with SSO, permissions and an append-only audit log
- Eval harness, runbooks, handover training, own-cloud or VPC option
not included
- A platform I resell (there is none)
- A rebuild of your existing systems
- Licence fees to me, ever
- blueprint
- $6,000 · 2 weeks
- foundation
- from $35,000 · 6–10 weeks
04 / websites
Hand-built, fast, accessible, yours.
No page builder, no plugin stack, no theme licence. Static or headless CMS, dark and light themes, a performance budget promised in writing, and the source handed over with a deploy pipeline. This site is built the same way.
you get
- Up to eight pages, static or headless CMS, dark and light themes
- Lighthouse 90+ on mobile and WCAG 2.1 AA, in writing
- SEO basics, cookieless analytics, forms, source and deploy pipeline
not included
- Copywriting and photography (I edit what you send)
- More than eight pages (larger sites from $8,000)
- E-commerce checkout (scoped separately)
- duration
- 2 weeks
- price
- $3,500
# budget.yaml (what the proposal promises) lighthouse_mobile: >= 90 on performance, accessibility, best practices, seo js_total_gzip: <= 30 kb # no framework, no tag manager lcp_4g: <= 1.5 s cls: 0 fonts: self-hosted, subset, preloaded third_party_on_load: none
05 / mobile apps
iOS and Android from one codebase, in the stores.
One codebase (Flutter or React Native), the backend it needs, and the store submission handled end to end, including the review issues nobody budgets for. Store accounts are opened in your name.
you get
- Cross-platform app with auth, API and push notifications
- Store submission handled, review issues resolved
- Handover with source, store accounts in your name, 30-day support
not included
- Native-only features that need two separate codebases
- App store fees and developer-account fees
- Marketing assets beyond the store listing
- duration
- 6–8 weeks
- price
- from $18,000
06 / apis, integrations and data platforms
Systems that talk to each other, documented.
A REST or GraphQL API with an OpenAPI spec and a Postman collection, one system finally connected to another, or the data layer under all of it: schema, migrations, pipelines, a warehouse only when it earns its place, and the dashboards on top.
you get
- REST or GraphQL up to 15 endpoints with OpenAPI spec and Postman collection
- Auth, rate limits, monitoring, integration tests and docs
- Data modelling, migration or warehouse setup with a schema document
not included
- Licences for the systems being connected
- Cleaning years of bad data (scoped as its own sprint)
- Unlimited endpoints (quoted per API)
- duration
- 2–3 weeks · data 3 weeks
- api
- from $4,500
- data
- from $6,000

07 / cloud and devops
Infrastructure as code, deploys you can trust, bills you can read.

- Observability: logs, metrics, alerts, on-call runbook
- Cost review with a written savings list
not included
- Cloud provider fees
- 24/7 on-call by me (see the support plans)
- Migrating a data centre (scoped separately)
- duration
- 1–3 weeks
